All bonuses carry clearly stated wagering requirements. Attempting to abuse bonus terms — including multi-accounting or structured low-risk play — may result in bonus forfeit and account review.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted under your account is deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have reported a breach to support.
Fraudulent activity, collusion, match-fixing, use of automated scripts and any form of abuse of platform systems are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's licencing jurisdiction. Pakistani users acknowledge that local laws — including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — may apply independently and should be understood before participating.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and jetx99 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the jetx99 website at https://jetx99.cam and all associated services, including sports betting markets, casino games, live dealer tables, and any other features or content made available through the Platform.

Age Verification: jetx99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend Account access pending satisfactory verification. Any winnings accrued by a User who is subsequently found to be below the minimum eligible age may be forfeited.
Each User may hold only one Account on the Platform at any time. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any outstanding balances.
When registering, you must provide complete, accurate and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other information reasonably requested. You are responsible for keeping this information current. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. jetx99 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to adequately protect your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify support immediately.
If jetx99 detects that a User holds more than one account — including through the use of shared devices, IP addresses, payment methods or identity documents — the Platform reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and to void any bonuses or winnings associated with the duplicate registration.
jetx99 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gambling obligations. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal may be processed and may be requested at any stage of the account lifecycle.
Depending on your jurisdiction and the nature of your account activity, you may be required to provide one or more of the following:
jetx99 aims to review submitted KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe. Withdrawals will remain on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed. The Platform reserves the right to request additional documentation if the initial submission is incomplete, illegible or raises AML concerns.
Note: The name on your Account registration must match exactly the name on your submitted identity document and your payment method. Mismatches will delay verification and may require re-submission.
All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. The Platform reserves the right to return funds and close an account if a third-party funding source is identified. Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds apply per method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
Payment methods referenced on the Platform — including but not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are referenced as familiar Pakistani financial services. Their availability in the cashier must be verified at the time of deposit. None of the aforementioned providers endorse or support gambling activity on this Platform.

jetx99 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times, as these depend on the payment method chosen, the completeness of KYC documentation and the operator's internal review procedures. Users will be notified of the status of their withdrawal request through the Platform's notification system.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login or transaction for a period specified in the operator's then-current dormancy policy. Administration fees may be applied to dormant accounts in accordance with that policy. Users will be notified before any fee deduction takes effect.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and other promotional incentives made available on jetx99 are subject to the specific terms published with each offer, in addition to the general provisions set out in this Section. In the event of any conflict between offer-specific terms and these general Terms, the offer-specific terms will prevail in respect of that promotion only.
Unless otherwise stated in the offer terms, Bonus Funds credited to an Account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds requirements, time limits and any maximum bet restrictions will be stated clearly on the promotions page.
jetx99 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where it reasonably determines that a User has engaged in bonus abuse. Abuse includes but is not limited to:
All bonuses have an expiry date after which they will be automatically removed from the Account without notice. Any wagering requirement that is not completed before the bonus expires will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

All content on the jetx99 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design, text, graphics, software, databases, game interfaces and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of jetx99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to reproducing, distributing, reverse-engineering, decompiling or creating derivative works based on any Platform content without the prior written consent of jetx99.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jetx99 and its officers, directors, employees and affiliates shall not be liable for:
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
jetx99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and provides a suite of tools designed to help Users maintain control over their activity. These tools include deposit limits (daily, weekly and monthly), session time reminders, loss limits and a self-exclusion mechanism that can be activated directly from account settings.
Users who believe their gambling may be causing harm are strongly encouraged to make use of the Platform's responsible gambling features. jetx99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its reasonable discretion where it has grounds to believe that the User has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or prohibited conduct, or where continued operation of the Account would create a compliance, legal or reputational risk for the Platform.
Users may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any Real Money balance remaining after applicable deductions will be returned to the User's verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC and satisfaction of any outstanding wagering obligations. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure.
Upon Account closure, all pending bets that have not yet been settled will be voided and the stakes returned to the Account balance for withdrawal processing, unless the outcome has already been determined, in which case the settled result will stand.
jetx99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, Users will be notified by email or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licencing jurisdiction. The application of any other jurisdiction's law, including but not limited to Pakistani law, is not excluded where it applies mandatorily to users located in that jurisdiction.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you should first contact the jetx99 support team to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the dispute resolution mechanism specified by the operator's licence authority, where applicable.
Pakistani Users: Pakistani law — including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — may apply independently of the governing law clause above.
